ClearPath Permits LLC is a private administrative support service.  We are not affiliated with the NYPD, New York State, or any government agency.  Nothing on this site is legal advice.  License decisions, requirements and timelines are conrtroleled by the issuing authority.

ClearPath provides administrative, organizational, and process support for licensing and compliance filings from intake through submission and follow-up.

Services commonly include:

  • application planning, and document checklists
  • packet assembly and organized upload preparation
  • submission support and quality-contol review
  • appointment preparation support
  • structured follow-up and status tracking where appropriate

Private individuals, professionals, and business owners who want a regulated filing handled in a clean, organized, and discreet way.

We work best with people who care about doing it carefully, completely, and right the first time.

Most people can find the portal.  What's harder is keeping the file clean, consistent, and easy to review.

  • Keep documents consistent across ID, residence, and records
  • Present information in a clar, reviewable format
  • Reduce preventable delays caused by missing items or mismatched details
  • Stay organized if follow-up requests come in

ClearPath's value is organized process support, quality control, and clean, consistent sumbissions.

We start with a short intake to understand your application type, timing, and current status.  From there, we outline the next steps and the documents needed for a clean submission.

If you want to start with a focuesed review, book an Intake Review and you'll leave with a clear plan and next steps.

Usually:

  • Basic identifying details required for your application type
  • Your current status (not started, in progress, or already submitted)
  • The documents you already have so we can identifyany gaps or conconsitencies

If you are already in the portal, that's fine - we can work from your current stage.

Most delays come from the file, not the applicant.

Common issues include:

  • Missing documents
  • Unreadable or poorly organized uploads
  • Inonsistencies across names, addresses, or dates
  • Missing notarizations where required
  • Duplicate or unclear file labeling

We help reduce that risk by keeping the submission clean, consistent, and reviewable.

There are two timelines:

  1. Your side (prep): Most clients complete intake + document collection + packet prep within 1–3 weeks depending on readiness and responsiveness.
  2. Agency side (processing): After submission, government processing can range from weeks to months depending on license type, backlog, and agency workflow.

We don’t promise an approval date … we provide a realistic plan, keep you moving, and help you respond cleanly if follow-ups come in.
